Bachelor’s degree program details

In addition to spending the first two years of the program studying core business topics such as accounting, advertising and management, students in this bachelor’s degree program take classes in topics such as music fundamentals, employment law, promotion, the recording industry and artist management. The degree also requires 15 credits of upper level business electives and 55 general education credits.

Building on an associate’s degree

It is possible for students to fulfill some of the requirements for the bachelor’s degree in Business Management: Music Business with an associate degree in music business, business administration or accounting. The AAS in Music Business program requires 64 core credits in basic business and music business topics and 30 general education credits.
