Information Technology Degree Programs-Woodbury


Information technology (IT) degree programs at the Woodbury campus of Globe University/Minnesota School of Business (GU/MSB) lead to bachelor and associate degrees. Students are also prepared for industry certification exams through our IT programs. Upon graduation, they are eligible for positions as:

  • Network administrators
  • Software developers
  • Computer support specialists

College degrees and professional certification

Our classes lead to four-year bachelor’s and two-year associate degrees in information technology. Students strengthen their value to potential employers by taking a variety of professional exams, including:

  • Microsoft certification exams in systems administration, systems engineering, applications development and database administrator
  • CompTIA certification exams in A+, Network+, Linux+ and Security+
  • Cisco network administrator exam (CCNA)
  • Professional organization exams for certification as a certified wireless network administrator (CWNA) and a wireless security professional (CWSP)
