Preparing students for legal science careers
Legal science degree and diploma programs at our Woodbury campus include four-year bachelor's degree programs, two-year associate degree programs, a post-bachelor's certificate and a diploma:
GU/MSB-Woodbury offers bachelor’s and associate degrees and post-bachelor's certificates in this field. Paralegals work under the supervision of an attorney and assist with the delivery of legal services to clients. They may undertake a variety of tasks, including legal research, client and witness interviews and document preparation.
This associate in criminal justice degree program prepares students for work in the court system, private security firms, correctional facilities, federal investigative agencies and state and local law enforcement agencies. The two-year program was designed with the help of professionals in the field. As a result, we provide students with the training that employers want to see.
Legal Administrative Assistant
A legal administrative assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the law office, corporate legal department or judges’ chambers. The job requires excellent verbal and written communication and keyboarding skills as well as a high level of organization. Our Woodbury campus offers a diploma in this area.

Globe University/ Minnesota School of Business (GU/MSB) in Woodbury is one of 13 locations that are also part of the Globe Education Network. Other members include Utah Career College , Institute of Production and Recording (Edina, MN), Minnesota School of Cosmetology, and the Duluth Business University. Globe Education Network provides academic and operational support and manages shared resources that benefit students. Through approved consortium agreements, students are able to earn credit for coursework from member schools.
