A Master’s Degree for Information Technology Professionals


The Master of Science in Management: Information Technology program at Globe University/Minnesota School of Business-Online prepares IT professionals for management positions within their organizations. This master’s degree program is not available at our Woodbury location, but can be completed through our online division.

 Admission guidelines

Admission to the master’s program is determined on a case-by-case basis. An applicant should have a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in information systems or information technology. For more detailed information, please complete a request form or call 1-877-303-6060.

Scope of the MSM: IT program

Today’s IT managers operate in a dynamic environment. They need industry-specific knowledge as well as general business administration and management skills, and must leverage technology to protect and promote their organizations’ interests. The Master of Science in Management program addresses general leadership concepts as well as issues unique to the IT industry. Students are expected to apply theoretical concepts in their workplaces throughout the course of the program.
