The value of a master’s degree

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that advanced degrees such as the MSM are increasingly important in business. The employee with a master’s degree can expect to receive higher pay, have more options in employment, and be less likely to experience unemployment than the employee with a bachelor’s degree.* An advanced degree offers the professional who operates a self-owned business or independent consulting firm equally solid benefits.

Admission requirements for the MSM program

The MSM: Managerial Leadership program accepts students with experience as independent contractors, team members, team leaders and managers. An applicant should have a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in any area of operations. Admissions decisions are made after careful evaluation of those credentials and other factors. Please contact college admissions for specific application requirements.
