Dr. John Persico

Work Experience

John Persico is a partner with Ms. Peg Peck-Chapman in the Minnesota Consulting Alliance. Dr. Persico has been in management consulting since 1986, has worked with organizations in both the profit and non-profit sector, has done extensive work in the area of quality improvement, service management, leadership development, team building and strategic planning, and holds a faculty position at Metropolitan State University. John has written two books on business strategy: TQM Transformation and The New Business Values. 

Dr. Persico has worked with Allina Health Care, The City of Minneapolis, American Express, The Printing Industry of Minnesota, Chevron Corp., The U.S. Navy, The U.S. Dept. of Defense, International Nickel Corp., Dominion Bridge Inc., Raychem Corp., Fletcher Challenge Corp., and Pillsbury Corp.
