Jamie Thomton

M.S. Marine Biology - University of Alaska Fairbanks
B.S. Forestry and Natural Resources - Purdue University

Experience: Teaching and research in biology, reproductive endocrinology, physiology. Research boat captain. Highly experienced in distance education and Blackboard. 

Other interests: During my free time I enjoy hiking, kayaking, skijoring, snowboarding and relaxing.

Kathleen Henry

Ph.D. Human & Organizational Systems-Fielding Graduate University
M.A. Organizational Development – Fielding Graduate University
B.S. Workforce Education & Development – Southern Illinois University

Experience: Native of northern California, now living in Pasadena.  Owns a private international consulting firm focusing on executive leadership and strategic intervention. Worked in industries such as banking, wine, government, dot.com, utilities and healthcare. Taught online courses for more than six years.

Other interests: photography, baseball, Corvettes, Native American mask carving and exploring the vast Southern California area with my pup.

Scott Rudeen

Experience: Taught many different criminal justice courses over the years.  Currently works full-time as a Minnesota State Trooper. Previously a Deputy Sheriff for Hennepin County where I provided police services in the Adult Detention Center and County Courthouse. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in youth violence with an anticipated completion date of next fall.

Andaz Ahmad

M.S. Information System Management – University of Phoenix
B.E. Electronics Communication/Computer Engineering – University of Bradford

Experience: Currently working as Director of Instructional Technology at Ivy Tech Community College in Fort Wayne, IN. Experienced in the Informational Technology field, working in London, England, as a systems analyst and project manager.  Designed e-commerce web sites.  Has been a professor of computer systems technology and director of distance learning.  Currently interested in web-based instructional tools/techniques; open source and commercial courseware; distance communication and online training. 

Other interests: astronomy, mathematics, video games, programming

Bruce Bisbee

M.B.A. Management of Operations and Technology – Bryant University

Experience: Many IT certifications, including A+ certification for hardware and operating systems. Also holds the Master Instructor certification in Microsoft Office. Also a Microsoft Certified Trainer by earning the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician designation and CompTIA's Certified Technical Trainer CTT+ designation.

Other interests: Travel. Lives in Rhode Island but gets to go to Berlin, Milan, and Shanghai as part of his position as manager of IT operations.  

Janice M. Spangenburg

PhD in Business – Regent University
MA in Organizational Development – The Fielding Graduate School
MA in Management –Troy University
BA in Business Administration – Saint Leo University 

Experience: Navy active duty-five years.  Also Department of Defense-five years. Management consultant in areas such as program management, budgeting and contracts administration.  Clients include the federal government and the U.S. Postal Service. Educational administrator with experience developing curriculum, managing faculty, developing partnerships and managed an undergraduate academic chair for HR program. She teaches in the online MBA program at GU/MSB.

Gordon Whitehead

B.A. Business – Oregon State University
M.B.A. – University of Phoenix
D.M. Leadership Development & Organizational Behavior – George Fox University

Experience: Marine Corps – 13 years.  Subsequently worked at Nike as the senior IT manager for the Americas region.  Lived in Japan and traveled to Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, England and Canada.

Other interests: Coaching youth sports and other volunteer activities.  Has eight children with wife Diane.
